Questions about a charge

If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. We will identify the charge and help you resolve it.

Cancel a subscription

Email us from the address you signed up with and we will cancel the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
